About Foever Dreamers
Foever Dreamers is a youth basketball organization dedicated to developing athletes from U9 to U19—both on and off the court. Our mission is to empower young players with the skills, confidence, and character to succeed in basketball and in life. Through elite training, mentorship, and a strong community, we aim to build not just athletes, but future leaders.
Founder & CEO – Negus Webster-Chan
Negus Webster-Chan is a professional athlete and former Team Canada standout who has played at the NCAA Division I level and won championships in the G League, CEBL, and internationally. Drawing from his global journey and on-court success, Negus leads Foever Dreamers with a vision to uplift the next generation through sport—fostering growth, leadership, and belief in every athlete.

Our mission is to reimagine athletics programs within Scarborough and expand their impact throughout the community, ensuring every young person has access to the resources and opportunities they need to succeed — both on and off the court.
We focus on removing barriers by providing support for:
- Transportation costs
- Tournament fees
- Product and in-kind donations
These efforts help create equitable access to athletic opportunities for all youth, regardless of background or circumstance.
